The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations surveys and evaluates our organization's compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.  The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded our organization.  Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality, safety of care issues, and the safety of environment in which care is provided.

MCHC's Administration makes every effort possible to address any issues someone may have with our organization.  Please contact our Clinic Administrator or Chief Operations Officer if you have an issue that needs to be addressed.  After you have extinguished all efforts within our organization and if we have been unable to resolve the issue, please contact the Joint Commission regarding said issue.
